Matcha superfood smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1 table spoon flaxseed

1 tsp of Matcha Sisters matcha powder

600ml of Milk or mylk (almond/coconut/soy milk)

1 cup yogurt

Granola or home made bircher museli of choice (we love Thank you museli !)

Figs and blueberries (for garnishing)

Instructions:

1. Blend avocado, banana, matcha powder and milk

2. Top with granola or home made bircher museli (we love making ours from scratch!)

3. Add a layer of yoghurt of choice

4. Garnish with blueberries, some figs, a dash of matcha powder and enjoy!

(To make it a protein smoothie add 2 table spoons of pure whey protein powder)
